Cancellation Policy

• We require a 24-hour notice, by 3 pm prior to date of arrival, for cancellation or modification of your reservation. Failure to do so will result in a charge of the first night's room and tax.

Rates are based on double occupancy. An additional fee of $10 per person (adults over the age of 18) will be added to the nightly rate.

We have no rooms that are ADA compliant; however we have "next to door" parking.  Additionally we do have several rooms that have walk-in showers.  Please let us know if you have any special needs at time of booking.
